What I tried: Brown Sugar Pearl Milk & Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea.
Pro:
The first flagship Canada store is in Vancouver straight from Taiwan.
The first authentic stir fried brown sugar pearl milk brand.
All the key ingredients are imported from the same Taiwanese suppliers to keep the consistency and quality similar to Asia.
6 locations throughout British Columbia.

Con:
A tad bit sweet as you cannot control how much sugar you want I n your drink.
Must Try:
Their flagship product is the "Brown Sugar Pearl Milk". Give this a try as they are famous for this.
The Bunny Jelly mango Smoothie is also something I would try as it comes with an adorable rabbit jelly product on top.

Service:
The service was alright. Nothing special.
Polite and professional.

Food:
The Brown sugar Pearl Milk was unique and extremely flavorful. The tapioca pearls are stir fried and toasted with brown sugar for hours in a wok. Then topped with real milk unlike the usual tea base. It is almost like a milk shake with brown sugar and really amazing tapioca pearls. Because the tapioca has been stirred in with the sugar, you cannot ask for less sugar as because of this I personally found it too sweet.
My go to at any bubble tea shop is the regular milk tea tapioca combo. I got this here and it surely did not disappoint. Same as the previous drink, but a tea base. Again, a tad bit too sweet as my drink was loaded with brown sugar. The tea itself was wonderful and delicious.
The one thing I have to say however are the quality of the tapioca pearls. Because they are fried for hours in a wok with brown sugar, I have never had tapioca so flavorful and chewy. They were amazing! How do we go from this to flavorless pearls now? Each drink has a rich caramelized flavour and smokiness to it unlike any other.

Atmosphere:
This store had just opened about a week before I got there. It had many decorations for their grand opening and looked very festive.
The layout of the café was nice, plenty of room to sit and have a drink. It looked very comfortable and inviting. I personally had taken my "to-go".

Overall:
I definitely see the hype and why Xing Fu Tang is a topic of conversation internationally. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
