What I tried: Carbonara Udon, Small Fisherman's Bowl, Hell's Chicken, Ebi Mayo, Takoyaki Style Poutine, Yuzu Sidecar (Cocktail), Ajito (Cocktail) and Yuzu Gingerale.
The service was good. Everyone was polite and professional.
The Carbonara Udon was exceptional. It tasted just like your typical Italian carbonara but with udon noodles instead of pasta. The chew to the noodles were perfect and it was extremely flavorful. Not to forget as well, the dish is served in a sizzling stone bowl that keep the dish hot throughout the meal. The ham and other ingredients in this carbonara also complimented the dish well.
The small fisherman's bowl was SO good. Classic Japanese dish that did not have a fusion twist to it. It was simple yet so deli...

One of the best restaurants downtown Banff and comes highly recommended from everyone I have spoken to. Conveniently located in the heart of Banff.

There are 6 locations all together in Calgary that you can visit.
You can buy the coffee beans they use as it is their own brand and it is available to also be bought wholesale.
They also offer classes and workshops that will teach you about home brewing, espresso, steaming and latte art. You can also attend coffee tastings and roasterie tours upon making reservations.
Besides the fact that you can buy the coffee beans, you can also purchase equipment to make yourself a great cup of coffee. From your own brewing kit to espresso machines and grinders. If that is too much for you, they have mugs, cups, books and other gifts you could leave with.
Located in the newly built Calgary Central Library downtown Calgary.
Such a great addition to have a little café in the library amongst books.
Be aware that there are two Luke's café in the library. One is a little café in the library itself on the second floor. They serve beverages, soft serve and some desserts. The second location is one that you have to access from outside the library but somehow part of the library. Just navigating and trying to differentiate the two was confusing but I finally managed to find it.
The soft serve was delicious. Very subtle in flavors and not too sweet. The blueberry was a bright purple and the strawberry was a light pink, almost white...

Everyday at 3.30 PM, there is a complimentary tour available for about 10 people maximum I believe. Spots go really fast so be sure to call and book to ensure a place. After the 30 minute tour, you are then able to go for a tasting which you will have to pay for but it is well worth it because you get to try everything this distillery has to offer.
